ubuntu

I have a dell latitude D620 and I have Ubuntu 5.10. I sucessfully loaded everything but when it boots up, it says that the Xserver might not be set up correctly and that no screens were found. I'm fairly new to installing/setting up anything but windows, is there an easy way to fix this?

There's what looks like useful advice about a third of the way down this page.

I ran a D620 with no problems, but I was using a current version of Ubuntu. (Feisty Fawn)
