I tried installing mandrake from a cd I got with a book but I am getting an error that no cdrom is found. I tried burning mandrake into new cds and I am still getting the same error "No cdrom device found". if I say ok, it asks me to insert additional drivers floppy. when I insert the boot disk. It gives me the error "floppy is not a linux ext2 floppy in first floppy drive, retry" I say no. The it asks me "which driver should I try to gain SCSI access?"It gives me a long list of *.ko (floppy.ko isofs.ko ...).For any driver I pick it asks me for parameters to give to the kernel. I am not sure what that would be if I have to pick a driver.
I really need some help here.

Where are you getting this error? During what phase of the Mandriva Install are you getting it?
