fozen touchpad and cursor frozen AFTER pressing fn andf7 can anyone please help?

Can you please tell us what fn+F7 is supposed to do? What exactly are you trying to accomplish? After your cursor "freezes" up, can you still use your keyboard, or is your system locking up?

Now repaired after much searching, long press on Fn AND F9 releasd it

You aren't really making much sense. If you post here in future, please provide full details about your problem. Also, are you actually running Linux? The icon on your posts suggest you're using Windows.
