What do you mean, scroll feature? I also have an A10 and haven't seen that.

right side of the touchpad can be used as a scroll ball. when i move my finger up and down at the right side the page scrolls up and down (in windows).

Ah, just tried it, it may be a particular Windows feature, rather than a Touchpad feature.
