Toshiba laptop web cam problem
 
Can anyone help me. My laptop crashed and my son got it running again but using Linux instead of windows. I now noticed that my webcam doesn't work. How do I get this to work in Linux ?

Make & model of laptop.
What are you seeing in dmesg?
What OS?
Have you tried opening with cheese under "Sound & Video"?
