Thermal Zone Definitions for nx7400

I have found this .conkyrc file that I like and would like to use all the features that are built with it. My problem is that my i2cscan does not find any compatible buses to feed the conky file. What I can do is have it query the /proc/acpi/thermal_zone directories and get the information that I'm looking for. The issue I'm having is that there are directories under thermal_zone called TZ0, TZ1, TZ2, TZ3, and TZ4, what are these referring to? Which one is my CPU, my MB, etc?

I have Googled with no luck finding a good description. I am running Mepis 6.5 Final with a Core 2 Duo.

Thanks for any suggestions.
