Terminal Svr client on Nokia 770 ARM device

I have a friend who just showed me his cool 770 Internet tablet PDA ...

He is looking for a Terminal Server client that will run on the Nokia ARM processor ...

LinuxTSC.ORG is for Intel machines, it seems ...

any suggestions?

Would it be possible to install openssl and connect via ssh?

The issue is that the user is new to the Linux world, and Terminal Server is what they're used to using and that is directing the choice of interface (namely, a terminal server client), if that is possible on the ARM processor of course.

Now I do see that LinuxTSC has source code available, maybe it could be compiled on the ARM processor, I suppose, if it's C, and if I had a compiler for that platform. But I don't [have an ARM compiler] at the moment so that solution is off on the back burner for now...
