tablet pc

i am is the process of changing my laptop and i was tempted by a toshiba tablet pc PPM20C-0086E.
I was wondering if linux would work on it and also what do you think of that option?

I just seen an articale on osnews stating that the tablet pc might disapear,

well, here is the link for the tablet pc:

would i be better of with a toshiba sattelite?
i didn't had a good experience with linux on laptop so far, so i don't want to end up with M$ on it because of unsuported devices.

Does any one can give me a sure option on the new laptop?
