Syncing Palm to different machines

I have a Palm, which I currently sync to my main desktop PC (using JPilot on Ubuntu 7.04), but I've just bought an Asus EeePC, and it's probably going to be easier to sync to that if I can (using either JPilot or KPim).

My question is, if I sync to both, will it cause problems? Or will both machines sync OK? The Palm doesn't have network connectivity, so I can't sync over the network - syncing is done via USB.

syncing with multiple machines works

You probably figured it out for yourself by now, but syncing can work with multiple machines. I have a Palm T2 and sync via USB with 4 machines running CentOS 5.1, MEPIS 7, and Windows XP. I use Jpilot under Linux and Palm Desktop under Windows.

I had intended to reply to this, so that anyone with the same problem finding this would know the answer.

I've got my Palm happily syncing on both machines. I'm using JPilot on both now, but did have it working for a while with JPilot on the Ubuntu box and KPim on the EeePC.
