sync feisty with Qtek2020i (xda2i)

I am trying to connect my pda running windows 2003 to my laptop running Ubuntu 7,04

I cannot get it to communicate with my laptop which is an Acer 9301.

Thanks
Tim

the most easy way to synchronize your pda and your laptop/pc is a program called finchsync (just google). it is a java program with a windows component, you install on the pda and a linux java program you install on the pc. you need wlan on the pda, I do not know if your xda2 (O2?) has wlan integrated.

other ways to connect your pda to the acer is bluetooth or IR. serial is also possible, but I do not have any experience with that.

what do you exactly want to do?
