Unhappy synaptics touch pad scrolling...

I installed ksynaptics so that I could tweak my synaptics touchpad just recently, and when I try to turn off the scrolling feature it stays on. I've tried to disable it as root as well as a regular user, they both always say the same thing. It is really getting on my nerves I hate scrolling on a touchpad. BTW I just installed suse 10,thx.

Post your /etc/x11/xorg.conf. In there some settings can be added to the touchpad section to disable that. At this time I can not find my link to that.
