Suspending on HP OmniBook 6000 (using acpi)

Hi, I'm experiencing the following problem:
I've recently got HP OmniBook 6000. I run it on PLD Linux - kernel 2.6.8 + acpi
When I try to suspend my system to RAM using either klaptopdaemon or echo 3 > /acpi/sleep - It suspends. However, when I try to wake it up I get green lines on display and I see nothing (besides the green lines ;). I tried to upgrade my bios, but this didn't help :(

One more thing I have: acpi_sleep=s3_bios - without that display remainde blank...
