How can i enable squid in suse linux

Is it installed? Look for squid in the package manager. There may be squid-yast package that will install a wizard to help you configure it. If not, you could google for "squid dans guardian" to find pages of examples. You didn't say whether you will use squid for reverse proxy or access control.
