I run Open Zaurus (OZ), well on my Zaurus.
  • PIM: Opie-based
  • MP3: madplay (command line)
  • Browser: Opera
  • Sync/PC connectivity: Linksys WCF12 wireless card
I'll get a screenshot soon. (there are a lot on the OZ site.)

for those with an Ipaq, check out the familiar project

For those without an Ipaq, get a Zaurus. It comes with Linux.
