hi i am new to fedora 10 and i lost the shortcut of the internet that i am not able to find.and i am not able to connect to the internet....and each time when i am opening any folder in the fedora 10 it is opening in the new window so i want it to be open in the same window...and regarding the "desktop effect"(look and feel) when i am trying to enable it, then the white screen is coming and no effects has been changing so please tell me how to enable the desktop effects and also nvidia graphics card which is Geforce 8400m in my laptop in fedora 10.

well i am using a laptop of hp pavillion,and cpu is of intel core2 duo(centrino)and NVIDIA graphics card and inbuilt wireless so plz give me the solution...

Machine - is it a laptop etc what model
CPU type
Graphics card
Network card/wireless device.

You can get some of these answers by posting the results of the following command :-
