Reflashing Win CE to iPaq 3630

Good day all,
I want to re-flash my iPaq 3630 with the Win CE OS, however I can't find my backup.
Right now I have Familiar v0.8.1 with Opie. I have a CF card for reflashing.
I would be grateful for any and all help. I am very much a newbie, please consider that when posting instructions.

I found ftp://ftp.handhelds.org/feeds/wince/
They had everything I needed. This is a good one to bookmark, just in case.
