Recovering formatted partition

Hi Guys,

I wonder if you ever heard of a tool that would allow me to recover a formatted partition (NTFS system plus data) on a laptop.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

In the past, I've used foremost to recovery some data (pdf, jpeg, mpeg, doc, xls, etc). If it's mission critical data, I would pay someone to recover it for me.
