problems with irda in my Fukitsu Siemens e7010


I have a fujitsu siemens e7010 laptop. y just installed debian and i dont know how to make my irda work.

I have read an try some guides but i can make it work...

i've already installed the irda-utils and i've done dpkg-reconfigure irda-utils
