Thumbs up problem with the KGRUBEditor in ubuntu


hi all, well, i joined the forum earlier, i have a problem with KGRUBEditor, specially, when starting it, the KgrubEditor fails to start, no error messages are displayed, just in the panel, it display " starting KgrubEditor " and then that panel just dissapeer, NB: i installed it on my PC and it work fine, i use a TOSHIBA Satellite with 1 GB of ram
thank u all for any attemp to help

You could start it from the command line. Chances are you'll get an error message if it fails... or use vi
