Problem with Acer Aspire 5730Z

I bought an Acer Aspire laptop and it had Linpus Linux on it.
The problem is - when I try to install Windows Vista, it freezes on Completing installation stage. I read, that I should change the BIOS option Execute Disable Bit to off. The problem is, I cannot find this option in my BIOS, which is v1.07. BIOS title is Phoenix Secure Core, if this might be of any help. If you can tell me a Linux command that can disable this option, or if you can help me find the option itself in BIOS, I would greatly appreciate it.
