Unhappy Problem MBP Retina 2013 Getting too hot

Hi everyone, I'm new to linux I had installed Linux on my Machine, the only problem is that I don't know why my mac gets hot just after simple task.

I have been looking around but I couldn't find any solution.
There is a code I can run in terminal to set my cooling fan and see if they work?

There is the chance that I'll compromise my machine indefinitely?
Writing this from my OS X partition. Too scare to break something.

When I'm using Linux it goes well for 15/20 minutes but then my MAC become lava.

Thanks for the help, I hope to help back some how.

Install TLP and LM-Sensors go into the settings and adjust as necessary.

You're all Apple all the time it seems iPhone, iPad, and Mac running Linux on a Mac isn't all that fun. I recommend going to ebay and picking up a cheap PC and running Linux on it until you get more comfortable with it. I'd also recommend giving some good hard thought as to WHY you're trying to run Linux on everything, Apple integration is top notch and you're likely going to miss it quickly. If you got free software religion recently why not phase out of using your Apple stuff instead "trying to install Kali on an iPad" and "hack you iPhone" this thread. Start slow and replace as needed you have some nice HW right now just enjoy it as intended

I'm not all Apple. Anyway yes I just got in the Free Religion, but at the same time I really love my MacBook Retina screen.
Thanks for your quick response. I hope to become good and help back.

I'm starting to get into Hacking and the first tutorial brought me to Linux Kali so I decided that I could go on with my MBP since it is not suppose to go above a certain level.

I will download the things you suggested, hoping everything will go well (especially temperature).

Thanks Again
