problem in installing vlc media player in RHEL5


Dear Anyone,
Please help me to download and install VLC media player.When i run

#yum install vlc online,It shows error-
[root@localhost ~]# yum install vlc

You've got a couple of choices:

1. Type "--disable-fribidi" in your "configure" command:

2. Download and install fribidi:

Dear Sir,
After much effort I didn't disable or install fribidi.For first option,how can i disable it?Please tell me step by step.
and for second option,I downloaded fribidi but i am unable to install it.
Please tell me step by step.In summery,how can i install vlc in my laptop.Plsss tell me.
