Power on problem with Satellite M30X-112 and ACPI

Dear all,

I have a Toshiba Satellite M30X-122. It has a problem with power. Sometimes it goes off immediatly (2-5 seconds) after power on. :(

If it starts and I boot Linux with ACPI it goes of while KDE initializes itself. :( Without ACPI (or with Windows) it runs stable.

Any hints?

Thanks

I booted Linux with ACPI and the Laptop switch off. I found in /var/log/dmesg.0

After this change of power state the file dmesg.0 ends.

I suppose that there is a problem with the BIOS and/or ACPI interface on the laptop.
