Please help me with PDA H3630

I was try to install linux to my PDA ipaq H3630. For hel I was use this link:

In 20. step have some problem.
I was #ipkg update, but I was saw, tha I need internet conection. But I didn't have internet at home (I use internet in my office). I was dowvload allfile from:
familiar.handhelds.org/familiar/releases/v0.5.3/packages/armv4l

Now question: How can I install linux and other stuf in to my PDA OFFLINE.
