Unhappy pcmcia and suse9.0

Hi!

i'm having trouble booting my toshiba satellite2108cdt laptop. i just finished installing suse 9.0, and everything went normally, but when i try to boot the computer it hangs on starting pcmcia devices.
i would really appreciate if someone could give extremely simple instructions how to get past this one...
sorry, probably a stupid question, but didn't find any help on suse's pages.

When the boot manager starts edit the boot line adding NOPCMCIA=yes. I think that is the correct capitalization.
