Is there any way to sync Outlook email using OZ or another handheld Linux?

I need to use it as PIM in a WindowsXP environment, so syncronizing Outlook (calendar, email, addresses) is important. Sharp give me ability to sync email in a proprietary package. Haven't found any way to get the Qtopia desktop to work sync on OZ.
