No DHCPOFFERS received after laptop's wake-up.

I'm using Debian Squeeze on Samsung X65 notebook in home network with ASUS WL-500gpv2 as router. The laptop receives IP via dhcp and most times everything works fine, but rarely network get lost after wake-up with "No DHCPOFFERS received" message in traces.
Strange issue. Maybe somebody can help with suggestions how to find a root cause of the issue.

There is always a little weirdness there with suspend/resume.

Think of it from the server's perspective: It grants you an ip for so long and you go away(suspend). Then it grants the next ip available IP to whoever comes along (your IP). You resume and dhcp says to the server "Hi, I'm back on this IP" It now has 2 boxes on the same ip, something guaranteed to cause problems. So it looks up who actually has that IP and it's not you.

Just restart your network rc script
