Newbie - Toshiba Terca S1 Sound & Wireless
 

Hi, I am a newbie to Linux. I just installed Fedora on my laptop, Toshiba Tecra S1. However, I couldn't get the sound and wireless to work. The system detects the sound card, but couldn't play any sound(In the setup, where the system ask to play sample sound). The system does not detects the build-in Wi-Fi. Does anyone know the solution? I read some thread about there isn't a driver for built-in wireless on Tecra S1, is that true? Thanks.

What kind of built-in wireless card does it use? Please post the output of lspci here.

I have somehow got the sound card to work. Horray. The wireless is still unavailable.

According to some sites, the laptop should have Intel Pro 2100 built-in Wireless.
