Hi.
I have a dell inspiron LAPTOP/NOTEBOOK 1720. I've just tried to install debian testing here, but it's not detecting the network card correctly and it's not detecting my dhcp server as well.
When I look at the network card that Debian has detected it shows me LINUX (LINUX FLOOPY). Yes, that's right. It says something about floopy in the network cad.
Can anyone help me?
My network card is: Boardcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller.
To help you I'm posting the outputs of the commands LSPCI and DMESG, both gotten from Debian Lenny during the installation, before the package installation.
