Need help with embedded linux device

I want to make an application that will
1)run on linux embedded OS
2)will need 802.11 card
3)will need an interface with console and keypad.
For these requirnment i want a suitable microcontroller or development kit
or something on those lines, but i have no idea what will suit my
requirnment as i have a limitation of around $100-120 per device.
Is there a solution for my requirnments?
thank you

this can be an option, but i was wondering if i could develop a custom hardware which require minimum interfacing. for example i can work on PIC micro controllers but i have worry about writing drivers for each an every thing.
So if i can get a microcontroller supporting linux and has some standard drivers for I/O and wireless cards then i can simply assemble it and write my app on it.
I can do that with a PC on board, but i think that will be an over kill and i need to make it veryportable.
