Mp3 player that plays Ogg >100Gb??

I'm not set yet, but finally thinking of possibly getting an MP3 player. However, I'd like one that can play Ogg files as I'd like to convert my collection from MP3 to Ogg.

A) Does anybody know of an MP3 player that will play Ogg files that has greater than 100gb storage (I'd like most of collection on there at once).

B) If not, would it be possible to flash Linux to an existing MP3 player to support this concept?

You won't find any with that kind of storage. I have the Samsung P2 that plays mine but size is limited...

You might check into an iPod with Rockbox. Otherwise, there are plenty of MP3 players (i.e., the Cowon offerings) that play Ogg files natively, but have less storage space (~ 60-80 GB).

Thanks all. I was afraid of this. I think I'll still have to wait a while before taking the music player plunge then. It's OK....I guess I'm not "dying" to have one right now anyway. I can wait.

Until I can get my entire (or close to) collection on the device, I won't be satisfied. And I'd like to convert all MP3 files to OGG as well if possible.

I would just jump in if I were you, by the time a 100gig+ ogg player is available you will have 200gig of music and be looking for a bigger one yet again. We have to remember our needs grow as fast or faster than technology.

Actually, going from MP3 to OGG-Vorbis is not so good. From the FAQ at Vorbis.com:
Quote:

You can convert any audio format to Ogg Vorbis. However, converting from one lossy format, like MP3, to another lossy format, like Vorbis, is generally a bad idea.
If you still have the source format, you can go from that original source to Vorbis, in most cases, and end up with a better sounding file. Going from mp3 to Vorbis just causes more loss to be incurred.
