Motorola MPx200 (ATTWS) used as a modem for Laptop running Fedora Core 1? Possible??

Hi,

I have recently purchased a Motorola MPx200 SmartPhone powered by a windows style OS. I was wondering if it is possible to use it as a modem while running linux. It works well with XP. I would rather use Linux. Has anyone made drivers that would allow Linux to use the phone as a modem? I am running Fedora Core 1, XP Home, and XP Pro on a Compaq Presario 2500. (by the way I would not recommend one if you like having a linux machine that can use all its hardware) There is something irresistible about letting by penguin boss around Bill's phone. Any info you could offer would be appreciated.

Thank you,
