Mandrive on IBM t41

How well is the hardware supported for this thinkpad? I have one, and was looking at blocking off a small partition on my harddrive just for playing with Linux again. I used to know a site where people had installed on laptops, but I cant remember the name of it now

The main things I will need working are:
3-d acceleration
Wireless
Power saving functions
Standby/suspend

Any advice?

You might be thinking of http://www.linux-laptop.net/

IBM Thinkpads generally support Linux very well. Good luck with it -- J.W.

Ah yes, thats the site.

My biggest concern is the video card and installing the ATI drivers. Is this fairly easy to accompllish?
