linux on cheap chinese 7 inch netbook wm8505


what is the best linux system for the tini cheap netbooks that are floodin the markets?
several brands but same spec:

128mb RAM/300mhz/ARM CPU(Wondermedia WM8505)/2gb Fast Flash NAND(SSD)/7" Screen Display/Built-in Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g

General consensus is, this is an advanced project that may not be worth the effort.
