Linux Distro For Smartphone 2


Hello i have got I-MATE's SMARTPHONE 2 currently powered by WINDOWS CE , i m wondering of theres a linux distro to run the phone and if so can u tell me how 2 backup current WINDOWS in case of an in-evitable !@#$%^ during this process by me .

I don't have an I-MATE but both my XV6600 and my UX50 have cd's and back -up to my comp. As for a distro,I didn't see anything with a quick google but maybe someone else has an idea?
