And what about open source drivers? Have you heard that Nvidia works fine with them?
What about 2D and 3D acceleration? and about the Compiz? Does it work fine?

Another thing I want to ask is the wifi chipset. Does it work fine with the newest kernel? Is it stable enough?

Can anyone add lspci output?

I would be appreciate for your answser.

1. Is 64 bit NVidia driver works fine with 64bit Linux (for iCore processor)?

2. I suppose I should choose AMD64/EM64T version of such driver?
These drivers are available on NVidia website:
- Linux IA32 - Latest Version: 195.36.31

I don't know if I need such feature. Perhaps for better battery life.

6. Does Compiz works fine with this chipset. I'm asking about that because I remember I had some problem with my T61 intel graphic card. There were some limitation for that.

9. To be honest I've never install Debian 64bit. On the debian site I've noticed the following arch ports:

Should I choose amd64 arch for Inter i5 or i7 processor?
