Question L640-i4010 or a42f-vx130d

Hi all,

I am planning to buy a laptop , the two models which I have in my mind are

1) Toshiba L640-I4010 model
(see:- http://www.toshiba-india.com/laptop/...te-L640-1.html)

2) Asus A42F-VX130D model
(see:- http://in.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=k6vglzgRzd7mBB4b)

now my questions are as follows

1) which model is the better option in terms of linux compatibility ?
2) Is there any known hardware issue , in terms of linux support ?

NB:- I am planning to install ubuntu 10.04
