Keyboard mode keys not working

Hi all,

My keyboard layout seems to be well set up, but the Shift, Control, Alt and AltGr keys don't work.

It's extremely annoying, but more important is that I can't log in, since I shift some keys for the password.

I don't start X by default, but the problem remains under X.

Where could this come from?
Or even better: What can I do?

Thank for the help....

@+ Daz
