iPAQ 3670 distro / howto - other than handhelds.org

Hey I have a Compaq iPAQ with WinCe on it and I'd love to give it Linux. I have read through the (fragmented, incomplete) pages at handhelds.org but I don't really know what I am getting there. Just a shell? a full, configured GUI environment?

In my search, I have seen a few screenshots of the Lycorice DL-PPC distro which looks great... http://www.linuxdevices.com/news/NS7056225751.html
except that I cannot find from where to d/l the distro (since Mandrake/Mandriva bought Lycorice, the iPAQ version of DL-PPC seems to be gone). EasysLinux, formerly PocketLinux, might be a solution but I cannot learn very much information about it, including if it is meant for handhelds or not...

Does anyone know where to get DL-PPC for an iPAQ 3670? Better yet, are there any tools (or a liveCD for my computer!?) which will do the deed of putting Linux on the iPAQ or helping me to do so? Maan a reboot of my PC, a five minute wait, and a Linux PDA at the end would be a great liveCD... but doing the install myself would be acceptable if I felt that the result was worth more than just seeing a command prompt...

Hi,
Handheld org provides complete instructions for installation of a full system - Opie or GPE.

http://familiar.handhelds.org/releas.../download.html

Then follow the links at the bottom of the page, for instructions on saving your wince image and installation of linux.

Hope this helps.
