Invalid module format in modprobe asus_acpi

greetings,

I try to compile and install acpi4asus,

I can compile and install (make, make install),
but when executing modprobe asus_acpi, it returns

Code:
FATAL: Error inserting asus_acpi (/lib/modules/2.6.12-1-586tsc/kernel/drivers/acpi/asus_acpi.ko): Invalid module format
I browse to the internet, someone wrote that it caused by gcc version incompability between kernel and module that i try to install.

I find that my mepis version using 2.6.12-1-586tsc kernel and it uses gc 3.3.

I have changed all the symlink related with gcc

these are all the setting that related with compiling the module

Code:
root@2[asus4Acpi]# ls -l /usr/src/linux
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root 1000 39 2006-04-22 00:16 /usr/src/linux -> /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.12-1-586tsc/

root@2[asus4Acpi]# ls -l /usr/bin/gcc*
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root    16 2006-04-22 00:18 /usr/bin/gcc -> /usr/bin/gcc-3.3
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 81072 2006-03-18 16:08 /usr/bin/gcc-3.3
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 92288 2005-11-12 19:41 /usr/bin/gcc-4.0
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root    19 2006-04-22 00:26 /usr/bin/gccbug -> /usr/bin/gccbug-3.3
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 15963 2006-03-18 16:00 /usr/bin/gccbug-3.3
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 16231 2005-11-12 19:33 /usr/bin/gccbug-4.0

root@2[asus4Acpi]# modinfo asus_acpi
