internal SD drive wouldn't mount!

Hi guys!
i have fedora 8 on a toshiba satellite U200-148 with internal SD/xD card reader that just won't work!!

lspci generated the following relevant output:
Quote:
03:0b.0 CardBus bridge: Texas Instruments PCIxx12 Cardbus Controller
03:0b.1 FireWire (IEEE 1394): Texas Instruments PCIxx12 OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller
03:0b.2 Mass storage controller: Texas Instruments 5-in-1 Multimedia Card Reader (SD/MMC/MS/MS PRO/xD)
03:0b.3 Generic system peripheral [0805]: Texas Instruments PCIxx12 SDA Standard Compliant SD Host Controller
i loaded "tifm_sd mmc_core tifm_7xx1 tifm_core sdhci wbsd" the SD card is not defective.

but still dmesg gives no response after inserting the SD card.

tried rebooting .. no difference!

any advice? i am desperate :=(

Thanks buddy! I have tried that but I don't get any response in dmesg.

Does that mean there is no support yet for my pci bus in the recent kernel modules?

You might want to try: http://forums.suselinuxsupport.de/in...howtopic=63226

With your laptop maybe: setpci -s 03:0b.2 4c.b=0x02
