Installing Slackware 9.2 on a Sony Picturebook

Hello,

I'm trying to install slackware 9.2 on a Sony Picture book. I have a pcmcia cdrom and after booting and logging in as root the system can't detect a cdrom. In order to overcame this problem I started customizing the slackware installation cd. I copied the cd to a new folder, renamed the isolinux/initrd.img to /isolinux/initrd.img.gz, gunzipped it and mounted it. Then I created a pcmcia folder ans tried to copy the isolinux/pcmcia.dsk file to the mount. I had no succes because this file is 1.4M and the new mount is full.
What should I do?

Thank you in advanced, F.
