I've been trying to install beryl, but something is wrong. I get

E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

when i try to install it.
i'm following the tutorial on http://wiki.beryl-project.org/wiki/I...per_with_AIGLX

i can't get pass the install AiGLX. Here is my output:

Well, first off, it looks like you have lots of duplicate sources in your /etc/apt/sources.list file, which is typically a no-no. The error you get makes it seem like you're running either synaptic or another apt-get process at the same time.

Depending on your hardware, you may not even need to install AIGLX (the beta Nvidia drivers contain OpenGL code directly and don't require aiglx to run beryl). In fact, I think xorg 7.1 has aiglx installed by default, so I'm not sure what all that author is doing...
