IBM Thikpad T40 ATI Radeon 7500 Graphic Card problem

I am running Fedora 5 on IBM Thinkpad T40 Laptop. I made dual boot with Win XP and everything is working fine, exept display resolution which could be maximum 800x600 (there is not option for 1024x768), and because of that, my screen is muddy. When i set screen resolution to 1024x768 there are a lot of bugs on the screen.

Graphic card is ATI Radeon 7500 and was recognized by Fedora 5 but without 1024x768 option. Im am wery new with Linux. Please help.
