I need help with a Powerbook G3's expansion bays on Yellow Dog. The ZIP and DVD wont
I have a Lombard G3 Powerbook by Apple. it has 2 expansion bays, 1 on each side with 1 only for batteries. I have been loading and unloading Yellow Dog Linux for a while trying to get the system to recognize my Apple DVD-ROM drive and my Iomega ZIP drive. Why wont it work? I also need help on getting my built-in IR light to work. Is there a place that I can get drivers? And if so, how do I install them? Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can give me.
