I am running Linux Mint and Fedora 12 and I cannot get my Dell Wlan card to work

I have a dell xps 1530 laptop. I have installed both Linux Mint 9 and Fedora 12.Neither work with my wireless card. The hardware shows with lspci. Can anyone help configure this properly? other than the wireless issue everything seems to be working fine.

You may need firmware. If you can connect using a wire, at least temporarily, that will be the easiest way to download and install it. If not, you'll have to download the firmware on another machine, and use a USB stick or similar to copy it across into /lib/firmware on the laptop.
