Howdy, help please.

Hello all. I am a newbie to Linux. (I bet itś the first time you heard that.) Ive installed Mandriva One on my Acer TravelMate 250 laptop. Im trying to install Ktorrent and I have one problem after another. First it was gcc. Figured that out. Now itś G++. I got it, but everytime I try to install it I get this message ...cannot install due to unsatisfied make... To say the least its a bit irritating, but Im working on being patient and not chucking the computer out of the window and reverting to life sans computer. Its my second install of Mandriva One. I installed loads of things the first time, still couldnt get Ktorrent to work and thought Id give it a clean go. Now, here I am with the same problem. Im not sure if this is a laptop problem, a Linux problem, or a me problem, but something isnt kosher. Any support is much appreciated. Peace and love.

Visit http://easyurpmi.zarb.org and follow the instructions, it will
give you more sources to install software from.

After that just do 'urpmi <desiredappname>' or install from the
control panel. (drakconf)
