This site is not really the best place for legal advice but, if you post the exact terms of your policy, someone might have some hints.
You can buy laptops pre-loaded with Linux from several different vendors---eg Emperor. I would think they would also set up dual-boot for a price.

You don't need to know how to program to install operating systems. (But you do need to do some tweaking to get Linux running on a laptop.) If you don't want to "get under the hood", what are you doing with Slackware?
