How to get NeWeb U300 802.11b WiFi workinig

hey guys.

i just bought this new sager laptop, the np4020. it came with a built in wireless lan, NeWeb U300 802.11b WiFi. I was wondering how to get it to work with my linux distro, either debian 3.0 or slackware 9.0, or both preferrably. If someone could help i would greatly appreciate it.
