How do I use the wireless card on my hp pavilion zd7000?

I am new to linux, I have been trying various linux distros for a few months, and installed fedora core 3, suse 9.1, knoppix at one time or another.

I have an hp pavilion zd7000 and I am trying to get linux to use the wireless. Right now I have windowsXP and SuSE 9.1 installed on my laptop. The windowsXP driver was easy to install for the windows os, but I don't know how to install linux driver for SuSE 9.1 to use the wireless card. I have read this post: linuxquestions.org/questions/showthread.php?threadid=229967
Forum member basd had the same exact laptop and used the same linux distro and got the wireless card to work.

My built-in wireless card is made by broadcom. I went to the broadcom website: broadcom.com/drivers/downloaddrivers.php
and downloaded the linux drivers.

Maybe I downloaded the wrong linux driver, I tried to install the driver called: Linux (i386, IA64, and x86-64) on the broadcom website above. I think I lack step-by-step instructions to install the rpm. I've been trying to get the wireless card to work for about a week. Any help would be much appreciated.

I am also a newbie. I have a pavilion zd7020us. I was able to get mine working by using the linuxant driver http://www.linuxant.com

I am still searching for good technical documentation on how all the various configuration files link and work together for the wireless stuff on suse.

Thanks, yeah I've installed driverloader from linuxant.com, and I'm at the point where I need to go to 127.0.0.1:18020 and enter in the .INF file:
"Click on the Browse button and locate the driver .INF or .NTF file (but not the AUTORUN.INF) from your device's Windows XP driver package (this will usually be found in a subdirectory on the driver CD-ROM supplied with your device). Afterwards, click the OK button below to continue."

Since I downloaded the driver from the hp website, I don't have any CD-ROM for it. On the hp website, I download and install an exe, no .inf files. I've been trying to use inf files from broadcom drivers from the broadcom website. So far the .inf files from the broadcom driver download gets me to this page:

"It seems that your device is either not present or not supported by the installed driver(s). Either:

1. Plug-in your device and click [Refresh] to retry, OR
2. Upload a new driver using the [Upload Windows Driver] button below.

If your device still does not appear, please look at the Kernel Messages for possible clues and check that no conflicting kernel modules are loaded."

Where could I find the right .inf files or what should I do? Thanks
